Did anyone noticed that the Havana police car and the wannabe Dodge Coronet having the same basic form? Only various detals make them two cars.

Hehe, just saw a tuned "Blista Compact" yesterday. The car stand in front of the local "EDEKA" supermarket. But in my opinion the stock version looks better.

They not even tried to hide that this car is a Lincoln. Even the hood ornament is still on the car.

Of course I played in Chicago - the first time I had the game. Some "take a ride", then the missions. I looked a lot for a parked police cruiser, but couldn't find more than the one that I've found. Actually it was parked not far from the beginning point somewhere at the park. Maybe I should try again.

It is very hard to find there in Chicago. I have only seen these cars driven by cops, only one time there was one to steal. Since then I always played Las Vegas.

That's a junkyard I would like - the cars are stacked up neatly and are even ordered by color.

It's okay, no problem.
I knew the woman, but I'd never seen her DeLorean before. And as she heard that I like that car a lot she came with it and we cruised around. She still has the car but she uses it only as an exhibit these days.

And I don't like YOU, because YOU don't understand me.

I don't want to say anything against you, lcpdcv, but you really like arguing, don't you? You remind of a friend of mine, he was the exactly like you. I got really well with him. Sadly I haven't seen him for over 10 years now. And he made many jokes with his rude behavior. Sarcastic in addition with a black and dry sense of humor. I really like that. But sometimes you should hold back your opinion. Maybe Maisak can't understand you, maybe you don't understand him sometimes (which is not really difficult), but you should not offend him. This is a thing that I don't like.
Maybe Maisak wants to argue, no problem with that anymore, but please - nobody should offend the other members.
BTW - a really great looking car! I know a woman who has a DeLorean. She took me for a jaunt some years ago, it was a great feeling sitting in that car - like "back to the future".

Like they're going to use the actual NYPD insignia in a game like this.

Looks like that. But they should have used some other text on the door - not NPD. It sounds like the certain party that I don't want to mention.
Otherwise the car looks still great. A perfect reproduction!

Payday: The Heist (2011)
A great reproduction of a NYPD Crown Vic. But I don't like the "NPD" on it's side.

Matchbox: Emergency Patrol (2001)
This is a LTD Crown Victoria - I had it. Two police versions (one city police and one that looks like a state police car) and one as a taxi. Matchbox never made a Dodge Diplomat.

I can remeber this car - I had it in blue/white with a vector lightbar - many years ago, then I quit collecting Matchbox cars and concentrated on 1/18 cars.

Does the headlight beam move with the car in the game? :p

Sadly it doesn't move. Maybe I should put lights into my Tucker (a model in 1/18) with the moving light. Could be very hard to do that.

One of my favourite cars in the whole game! I don't know why, I just liked it from the first moment I saw it many years ago.

Finally I found it in a garage somewhere in the back of an industrial area (I can't remember it so good, the partner of the homocide squad drove me in the Nash to the waypoint).
And - as I never have seen the car in the normal traffic - it should be listed as unlockable.

It's because the lights are the wrong way around, red should be on the left and blue on the right. Basically, if you mirror the picture, it would look correct. Not sure why the developers made such a simple mistake, unless it was intentional.

Okay, thanks for the info. I didn't understand what he meant with "backward". I can remember that I did see something else on IMCDb with some police cars from "Beverly Hills Cop II" (www.imcdb.org/vehicle.php?id=6527).

Does it means that it's placed in a wrong way? Or is it completely wrong for the car?
